Great place to order Domino's from or pickup pizza from! The pizza is always really fresh and is most of the times cooked very... properly which sometimes is hard to come by. There are also some seats in the store that you can use to eat in if you wish. Read more

I try again and again to have a positive experience with this location. I don?t know if it?s staffing shortage, lack of... experience but my pizza either takes hours to make, the delivery is over 1.5-2 hours and if they do get it to me at a reasonabletime the pizza is burnt or sloppy. Only Dominos location that constantly has problems. Plus they never pick up their phone.. toobad I can?t chose another location for my delivery. Read more
Worst delivery ever. Took 2 hours to deliver.... Wings, pizza and lava cakes were cold and hard. Called the store and kept... getting hung up on. Will never order from them again. Very disappointed. Read more
Lately in the biscayne bvd location (81 st) they have been with just one driver and calling people that their order will take an... extra hour due to this. Why even bother in ordering from you? Last time i tried to get a pizza it took two hours and then theycalled me to tellme it would be an extra hour waiting, tonite they called me that it would be an extra hour as well? they neverfix the problem they have with the delivery person. Worst place to order pizza from , please PLEASE DONT ORDER HERE. I placed and order here at the biscayne 8100 location and I... waited 2 hours then later they called and told me that they don?t have a driver . I asked if I could pick it up and they saidno. Another time I ordered here I waited an hour and called for an update then they said it?s on the way. (I live 2 minutes away)an hour later I asked for them to cancel my order and then the person on the phone rudely responded ?it?s been canceled? andhung up. Do NOT go to this Dominos. Worst customer service EVER. The cashier did not apply the coupon, told me it she couldn't find it,... then flipped the computer screen around and told me to find it myself. I told her I wouldn't know where to look and that was notmy job. Then she told me to deal with her manager (who was standing next to her the whole time) and walked away. I told themthat was not how to speak to a customer and to keep the pizza and left. When I called back to get the GM's name the didn't pickup. 20 min later they did but put me on hold for 10 min and never picked back up. This is/was my neighborhood Domino's (midpointplaza/Miami shores). I would give this a negative star review if possible and will never go back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I repeat do not! TRASH!! Every single time I order from this location, it?s the same thing. They cancel... my order two to three hours after I placed the order for delivery. If it wasn?t for me turning the message alerts on, no onewould?ve informed me of this. I literally live less than 5 minutes away.
