They really need to work on their customer service! I ordered my pizza at 3:37pm and received a phone call at 5:59pm saying my... order cannot be fulfilled, that?s 2 and a half hours later! I asked for a refund and they would not provide me a receipt viaemail nor text and said I would need to go pick it up (what?s the point of delivery). A asked for a corporate phone number andthe agent refused to provide it saying they don?t have one and why would he even give it to me. I asked for his name, and herefused to provide that as well, then hung up on me. WOW, just wow - entire experience was totally unacceptable AND never gotthe pizza and waiting for the refund. The pizza is good and probably the better ones from the other restaurants, but my order was canceled mid preparation. Called the... store but no answer. Had to call the store as if I was making an order just for them to finally pickup. Asked about why was myorder canceled and was directed to an associate just to hang up the call. Reading the most recent reviews shows that the team isslacking. Read more

Consistently the worst dominos delivery service I?ve ever experienced. I?ve always been a loyal dominos customer and will always... be but I?ve given up on ordering delivery from this location. If you want your pizza, go pick it up. I?ll watch on the app thatmy pizza sits there out of the oven for over an hour. I?ve had a delivery take over two hours before. Save yourself the headacheand empty stomach and just go pick it up. Read more

Waited 2 hours for service to be denied. Sales associates do not answer the phone in English and are not helpful. I would not... recommend to anyone to bother with them. Any other pizza place does better with the treatment regarding customer satisfaction. Read more

Store turned off on line order machine . FORGET DOMINO'S !!! NOT ABLE TO REDEEM FREE PIZZA. OWNER AND MANAGER NEED TO BE... REPLACED. Nice Crew ties to keep up but they are overwhelmed. This goes for both Domino's in Little Havana . I've switched toPublix Chicken tenders. Ugh. Read more

Today I made a delivery order through phone, I asked the employee for the 19.99 promo that was on Internet (two pizzas, garlic... bread, soda , and cinnamons). He put me instead the 6.99 pizzas and did not sent me the other stuff. I called the store and theemployee who attend me did not gave me any solution, he told me that if I want the other stuff I need it to pay again becausethe person who took my order misunderstand me. They don?t care about the costumer and does not give any solution. Read more
