Ok so not what I expected or hoped. The service was ok. Not waiter service, you order at a counter and food is delivered to your... table. Thier advertising stated "fresh Italian food", this could not be father from the truth. prosciutto looked like it wassliced days prior, just about the same time the bolognaise was cooked. The lasagna definitely was reheated. So full disclosuremy standard of Italian food I quite high, growing up in the Northeast with an Italian family. If you consider Olive Garden yourstandard for Italian food, you may have a different opinion. Pasta was definitely not al dente. (I do not write many negativereviews) Read more

Very nice place! My significant other and I went here for their happy hour special and it was top notch. The server recommend a... good sweet wine and he wasn’t wrong, great stuff! The server was also generous enough to let us order from their otherrestaurant(D’Oro Pizza) inside the cafe since we wanted something to bring back to the hotel for dinner. Overall great placeand nice people! Read more

What a shame they have such dreadful service here! The food is always great and they have a pretty good happy hour daily. But,... after getting our meal, which was delicious, and two glasses of house wine - that's where the service stops. We waited for 30minutes for them to remove our plates, swarming with fruit flies, despite being the only diners in the cafe, and the waitresswalking past our table many times. In the end, the flies were so bad I moved all the empty soiled plates to another table. Shesaw me moving them, told me not to worry about them, then walked away again! Finally, the guy came out and removed them. Wetried to make eye contact for an hour to order more wine but to no avail. We probably would have ordered at least another 2glasses each. So in the end we told our friends to meet us elsewhere and left having spent less than half we would normallyspend at a local cafe. Get your service sorted out and we'll be back. Read more

It’s a very small place in Downtown Miami with a great décor inside, and a lot of street side tables outside. We ordered... white wine (which was good), I got the Carpaccio di Salmone and my husband tried the Carpaccio di Bresaola. The Carpaccio diSalmone was ok, but I can’t say the same for the Carpaccio di Bresaola: the meat looked and tasted as if it were too old. Theservice was also very disappointing. Not knowing that here you have to order first and then sit wherever you want, we wentstraight to sit at a table inside. We waited for a long time trying and failing to get the attention of the staff, although theywere constantly passing by us doing their chores. Finally my husband decided to go to the counter to call somebody, and that’swhen we found out about their process. The prices are decent. Read more
