Service is terrible. Have to wait for long long periods of time to get order.
So I?m visiting from out of town, and I stopped at this location. A lady by the name of Scott ( a bit older lady ) was running... the store by herself. Let me just say, she did absolutely amazing and deserves every bit of a raise. Not only did she have me inand out within mins, for her to be alone; I think she did a wonderful job. There were rude customers that gave her such a hardtime but she handled it so well. Places have been severely understaffed lately but this lady absolutely deserves to have araise/promotion. I almost feel terrible giving this store a one star review, but in spite of the fact that everyone working here seems like a... genuinely nice person, as a team they are unbelievably inefficient. Please allow an average of at least 20 minutes for simpleorders. This place will definitely test your limits of what?s considered acceptable customer service. Good luck! Read more
Friendly Staff. Metallic pan taste to my egg white veggie wrap and my pumpkin latte was cold. It was super busy so I think the... quality suffered a bit. Very friendly Satff though. Read more
This place like every other Dunkin? is great except for 1 worker. I always have a problem when I order a drink, I?ve had return... drinks on more than one occasion. As someone that previously worked in the food industry I understand that you can ignorespecial instructions but come on.. no one is moving at the speed of light in there. Please read your customers orders correctly.The only reason I keep coming here is because it?s the closest to my boyfriends house.. but I guess I?ll have to find anotherDunkin. Read more
This my nearest DD and every time I go there for breakfast there is an issue with the order. This last time at first they gave... me the wrong order and i had to correct them but when I got home still items were missing and none of the sanwiches (5) weretoasted at all. This was my last time there, I had enough. Be aware of your order if you still want to risk to spend your moneythere. Read more
