I stop here frequently in the morning before work. Usually has a few people in line but it moves fairly quickly. Today no one... was in line when I arrived but servers were both standing there doing something. I wasn't spoke to for another few minutes afterI started staring like is no one going to take my order. Cashier wasn't polite she wasn't rude just very bland. I ordered asweet black pepper bacon croissant, hash browns, glazed donut, and a orange juice. Hash browns were undercooked and sandwich wasover cooked bread was too crispy and not croissant like. All I can say and this doesn't go for all Dunkin donuts if ya'all have problems at home. Do not I repeat Do not take on a work... that you have to deal with customers stay in the back....bake some donuts or sumtin..... But I love the cold coffee beveragesand the donuts when the workers dirty attitude don't rub off on them and they taste dry. They donuts are always fresh as far asI know. Read more
If you order curbside prepare to go INSIDE the store to pick up your own order even though THEYRE supposed come to your car. I... waited over 10 minutes, wondering why no one has yet to bring my order to me. What do I see? An orden just laying there on thetable. I asked the employee that was there if the label says curbside while showing her that is says curbside only to be told?sorry? and walked away. So now I?m late to work, thanks. I ordered a large cappuccino with SKIM MILK, my receipt said skim milk and the sticker on the cup said skim milk, I was waiting... for about 5 minutes until the older lady started making my coffee, the pick up area is right next to the their coffee stationand I see the older lady pouring whole milk into the silver cup thing is that goes to the frother, and continuing to pump syrupand the coffee to my to go cup, so I approached her kind of second guessing myself very politely saying ?Hi, sorry, I orderedcappuccino with skim milk but I see it?s warming whole milk? she turned around to me with the biggest attitude looking into myeyes saying ??I KNOW.. I know!!!? I felt so bad I was thinking oops that?s someone else?s milk so I said oh ok thanks, a minutelater she then pours that warm whole milk I saw and told her about, into my cup and hands it to me. I was shocked, I said thanksand she answered back ?you?re welcome?. I took a picture of the milk she used and it?s without a doubt WHOLE MILK.
