Ordered thru they drive thru which was about 10 min wait at 6.00AM when I noticed a car drove up and got in front of me and... picked up there order. I ask the window server and she did not know how to speak English and then I ask in Spanish why did thatcar just pull up and she said that was a online order so if you order online you don't have to wait just get in front of theline in the drive thru and go. The manger which never told me her name said they don't know and that is the way it works. Iwould think online orders would go inside or wait in line just like everyone else for pick up. Read more
I placed an order for only a dozen donuts and a cheese sandwich. The order was delayed for 40 minutes. I can't believe it,... absolutely unacceptable. I tried to cancel the order and they would charge me $13 if I did. I called jnas three times and noone answered the phone. Terrible service. Read more
Very small donuts, No glazer inside. The worse place ever. I ordered by Uber eat..No recommended at all..
The customer service is good. But the store consistently does not allow dining-room customers. There is consistently a sign that... states drive-through only. It's not clear if it's a staffing issue or unwilling to deal with dining room customers. Read more

Overall a pretty horrible location. They rarely open on time and even if they?re there don?t plan on them having coffee... ready. Dining room is apparently closed but no signage and they don?t pick up their phone. Last time I went, asked for abreakfast sandwich with no cheese, she said it back correctly and it was on the receipt. Got my sandwich with no egg instead!How is that even close?
