The coffees and the baristas are phenomenal but why so much for those separate sandwhiches? I figured raised dunkin prices for... convenience but I looked at my receipt and saw 13.50 for 2 donuts, a bagel, 2 coffees and a water. Then 18.50+tax for a turkeysandwhich???? I wish I could give 5 stars but that insanity won't let me. The airport bar is more reasonable with their prices. Read more
This is the worst place ever, It?s super dirty and the customer service is so bad, the girls working there are super mean. No... one wants to help you. I?m never going back there, thanks god this one is on the airport and there are so many places to go eatnearby. Read more

The employees were so nasty and disrespectful. This one guy with a big bump on the right side of his face name Julio was really... disrespectful !!! I think it will be a long time before I go back to that Dunkin? Donuts. When I asked for the supervisor or themanager they pretended not to speak English. I am an employee of Miami international Airport. (TSA) I know they always get yourorder wrong but I was really shocked of the treatment as well !!!!!!! Terrible customer service. The line took a long time because their system kept going out due to wifi issues, or at least that?s... what the cashier said. She says their systems fail a lot at night and it is common for their machines to shut down. When wefinally went to pay the system again shut off while the transaction was ringing but the card we used WAS CHARGED. The cashiersaid that is wasn?t charged since no receipt was printed but the receipt didn?t print because THEIR system turned off. Sheinsisted that we had not paid and refused to make our food unless we paid them AGAIN. This cashier starts fighting with usbecause THEIR system couldn?t work properly. Read more
Horrible service, the cashier spent more time flirting with the safe wrap guys than helping customers which resulted in a line... waiting for 30+ minutes. When I finally got to the order area she refused to help me because I don?t speak Spanish and shedoesn?t speak English. She said ?no speak english bye?. After being up for over 19 hours straight I just wanted a coffee butyour staff told me to go away because I didn?t speak Spanish? this dunkin is in the main ticketing area. Somewhat limited selection, but it is an airport. They have most of the popular donuts and they have bagels and other items as... well. Very small area so the line winds out into the terminal. Service was rather quick and the staff seemed fairly friendly. Read more
