Florida 33130 I usually go there every morning to pick up my coffee I ordered through my app if I don't order through the appI'll pay the cashier on this particular morning I was in a rush because I work in the area I went in I asked the cashier what'sher name was kawanda may I use the restroom she replied no you have to buy something first I felt discriminated against becausethe day prior I saw a lady of Latin descent go and use the restroom didn't buy anything and leave this incident happened10/28/22 approximately 6:42 a.m. I've been a loyal customer of Dunkin' donuts I had my mobile app since I can remember maybeover 7 years or longer I would no longer go there I will no longer be using Dunkin' donuts for my services this is inhumane nocompassion I tried to alert the cashier that I use my mobile app but she's telling me that store policy just because you orderedyesterday and the day prior you didn't order today so the restroom is off limits to you but after an hour when I took my secondbreak around 7:30 I didn't order from that location but it would never happen again this is sad Read more

Unfortunately, this place is baaaaad. The atmosphere was horrendous and you could cut it with a knife. Very understaffed at the... 2 times I went there and the main person was very miserable (possibly due to being so overwhelmed). This meant that it tookages to get served and even lnger to wait for my morning brew. The coffee is good and the food at other DD's has been good, butbecause of these bad 2 experiences I won't be going back to this store. Read more
Worst staff ever!!! dont visit that location. And not just once. Again & again & again! They lied that the "tomato pesto... sandwich is discounted" all over Dunkin in order not to serve me(!) Just such of a bad experience! Save your time and go to adifferent Dunkin location or a different coffee brand. Read more
Worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been. I go to Dunkin? in NYC every day, and I always drink an iced coffee with hazelnut flavor.... I asked for this one. They didn?t have hazelnut. So, I just ordered a regular iced coffee with cream. IT WAS THE WORST ICEDCOFFEE. Awful. I?ve been a Dunkin? Donuts customer for a long time. If I don?t like the coffee, good customer service usuallytries to fix it: offering a new one, returning, whatever. The cashier at the front said she couldn?t do anything. We tried toexplain very politely that we always go to Dunkin?, we are customers, and in NY, this is not even an issue. She said she wasgoing to call the police and she was SUPER RUDE.
