I'm a regular here so I enjoy the food, service and atmosphere and especially the breakfast. Today my eggs were a little... overcooked. I like mine over-easy so I can dip the bread. (Nah mean) Other than that you can't beat the value and deliciousnessof PDLJ breakfast! Thx. Read more

The serving was enormous!!! The rice and beans were delicious and the beef chuck roast so flavorful and tender. I also got the... pork skin but will enjoy that later. I don't speak Spanish and the server didn't speak English but I pointed to what I wantedand everything was fine. It has out door covered dining and there was a nice breeze. I hate to give such a poor review, but it is about principle. Roxana from the start had a poor attitude and acted as if we were ... bothering her. I should have known better ordering the chicharrones and tostones when it looked like it was burnt and sittingthere all day. When we tried them it was absolutely not edible and I am Cuban so I know. When I tried to return the items shesaid she couldn?t. I asked for manager and she said there was no manager. I asked for the name and she said she could not giveme that information. Sadly do not go to this one. I have never had and issue on the one on 87th and SW 8st. Service and food wasnot acceptable at this one. Read more
This place is a close to gables and has a lot of authentic Mexican/Peruvian dishes. I went to this place for juices and ended up... picking up other stuffs as well. The people inside were really helpful. As we were rusty with Spanish they just let us cutthrough the line and helped us out with the menu and packing. Language was a barrier for us but the people working there weredoing their best to accommodate us. Whenever I am in Miami next time I will be back to this place again. It was a wonderfulvisit. I wish I could rate the food here. Unfortunately, not speaking Spanish caused issues with being served. I was passed over for... Spanish speakers and wasn't even given the option of simply pointing at what I wanted. The food looked delicious but I didn'tget the opportunity to try it. I can rate the parking. Extremely small parking lot and difficult to get in and out of if youdrive a full size pickup or SUV. Read more
