The chef at El Zambo stayed late to prepare our food and proceeded to put together some of the most unique and exciting flavors... I?ve tried in a long time. We tried the chicken empanadas, the salmon burger, and the salmon filet which came with tostones andsalad. We also each had a fresh mango drink. Everything was prepared thoughtfully and tasted delicious. The ingredients were allfresh and seasoned to perfection. Eating here was the highlight oh our first night back in Miami.
