The chef at El Zambo stayed late to prepare our food and proceeded to put together some of the most unique and exciting flavors... I?ve tried in a long time. We tried the chicken empanadas, the salmon burger, and the salmon filet which came with tostones andsalad. We also each had a fresh mango drink. Everything was prepared thoughtfully and tasted delicious. The ingredients were allfresh and seasoned to perfection. Eating here was the highlight oh our first night back in Miami. If you?re looking for a casualyet delightful and all around satisfying experience, I can?t recommend this place enough. Read more

El Zambo has been one of my favorite food trucks in MIAMI for YEARS! Amazing variety of different dishes and especially... appreciate that there are vegan/vegetarian dishes available as well! (I recommend the ChickPea Burger!) Do yourself the favorand try it out! Read more
The specialty sandwich was Amazing! From the Brioche roll to the freshly marinated chicken breast with avocado spread. I?m not... a messy eater, but I couldn?t put this sandwich down for nothing! I?ll be ordering more & they?ll provide some catering aswell. You can?t miss with this one! Read more

Soooo yummy so tasty!!!! I was in the area specifically for the HGAB Studio and Im so glad El Zambo was literally right outside.... I was so hungry and ordered a chicken + beef empanada and it is so freaking delicious. I?m about to order another lol. They alsohave a cute area where you can sit down and enjoy your delicious authentic Columbian + Latin food with fans nearby. They have agreat selection of food!
