The employee was not wearing a mask. She looked at the receipt after I signed it and asked why I had not tipped her. I spent $12... on 2 items that would normally cost me $6-$8. I made the decision to spend more for the convenience of not having to park andget off. I was not aware that Farm Store cashiers are now supposed to be tipped. Is this a fact? I was under the impression theyreceive a salary like a grocery cashier or a fast food employee. Do these employees get a lower salary and depend on tips? Iftheir salary does not reflect a need for compensation by tipping or being a "server" then your employees should be made awarethat this makes people VERY uncomfortable. I suffer from anxiety.
