My food all came burnt and we were missing items I called the store asked for the manager they told me there was no manager... available and then the lady that it was on the phone said I was a liar and she cannot refund or replace the food that was burntI asked him that I was in the burnt went back and he could send me a edible but she was rude and refuse. Not recommending this place at all.. The service is terrible.. Rice had no flavor.. Tajadas were horrible and the cheese had... taste of fish. Not to mention they did have Picante and that is the main thing we like with our food. Adding to that they werecheap with the utensils and if u asked for more they hesitated or try to ignore you.. The food is ok (average quality, not the best, there are many other fritangas in the area with better sazón) but the service is... the worst, the WORST (i cannot stress this enough), the ladies who serve are extremely rude and they do not care about theircustomers needs. Yes I saw the bad reviews and was skeptical of the place and some of the reviews probably are somewhat true as far as the... attitude and maybe a little bit of the service but overall my experience was awesome. The meat carne asada was tender andtasteful. Gallo pinto the rice and beans was also great. Overall my experience was pleasant. I think that we just have to smilea little bit more to the people that are serving us and thanking them for being there. I showed up there on a Sunday at 8:30 andeverything was still fresh. Worst service EVER !! Do your self a favor and just go to little Caesars next door. I went to buy plate for 7 people and they... kept giving me attitude that there wasn?t enough. l had called prior to going to not waste time they said I couldn?t place myorder on the phone. Then We asked for hot sauce and they told me they had none. As I walked around found all the sauces hidingand pointed them to her and she then gave them to me then. NEVER going there again !
