Only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Service was a tad on the slow side but the place was fairly busy, so it’s... understandable. The food was good with generous portions. My only real complaint would be that the appetizer came out at thesame time as our entrees. If you staying anywhere near the port, the restaurant is very easy to find and walk to. Read more
Pleasantly surprised! I’m not really a fan of large chain restaurants. While I do find this Hard Rock (I’ve been to several)... to be fairly small. It’s in the excellent location…that’s a plus. Food wise? Again very surprised! I found thequality/taste of the food to be very good! My wife and I came down here prior to the Kehlani concert. They do play constantmusic videos on the tv screens and it can be pretty loud, so if you’re looking for a place to have full blown conversations— Prepare to use your vocal cords quite a bit. They have a few collections (like all Hard Rock’s) but again, it’s prettylimited. Our service was good, but not stellar. I would recommend this place particularly to those who would be going to FPLSolar Amphitheater or FTX Arena. Read more
Let's start by saying the area is super busy and parking is difficult to say the least. Once we were parked it was about 15... minute walk to the restaurant. We sat outside and when entering the outside area it had this smell of old beer. Once sat it tooka while to get service and service continued to be slow. The food was ok but the best way I can describe it is as overpriced barfood. Definitely not worth going out of your way to eat here. With all that being said there was a great view of the harborarea. "Secret Society" event. The host tells me to have a seat at the bar, where I'm asked twice by the bartenders if I want anything... to drink @ 5:24 It was now 5:55 It is advised to come 10-15 minutes before time because doors are told to close on the exacttime of the event. I see waitstaff take drinks, food etc where I believe the secret room of the event will take place. It'slike they're coming from the kitchen to the room that looks dark and secretive. They should have already done this. It's5:58! It looks like they're two other parties that may be apart of this event. One group looks to have already ordered drinks.But I think it makes no sense to order drinks if the meal comes with at least water right? What 5 course meal doesn't havedrinks included?? Makes no sense and the bar doesn't have that many stoles to sit anyway. It's 6pm so they're very late. Iwonder will they give us the full 1hr and 30 minutes or will they rush us to eat. Smh. it's now 6:01 and nothing has happened.There's now looks like 5 or 6 parties that looks to be apart of the celebration 6:08 waiting in line to get in Allowing peopleto take pics at the door I was able to sit down at 6:15. They had us sitting around in the dark. Event started at 6:35 Thefood is bland. I asked for the seafood option but nothing on my plates taste remotely like any seafood I've ever taste. Sincethe food is eaten in the dark, I won't spoil what I presume the meals to be. If you go, you'll figure out yourself. 4 star because it was easy to find the location, clean exterior and interior and professional staff members. I was there part of... the band that played. -1 star due to parking. It would be great if music crew ( the people performing and those with the band )have a special spot to park. By being booked, it will be nice to provide credentials ( badge, wrist band, etc ) to park in aspecial area. Overall, I highly recommend it to everyone. Amazing drinks, food and live music. Read more
It’s usually super packed and there’s a wait line, especially on weekends. Staff is very helping and kind! Loved them!... Especially for gift shop articles. Restaurant was mostly empty, also understaffed. We just had drinks there, me andfriends. It’s nice for a breezy day to sit out, but not on a hot regular 105F temp day. Entrance and gift shop smelled funky,administration should take a look at that. Place was established in 1998. And can you believe I’ve never been therebefore????? 11 years living in Miami mami!
