I?ve been to Holi Vegan Kitchen twice while visiting Miami, the food is great, the sauces that comes with some of the dishes,... are delicious and staff is really friendly. The one thing I will say is that the yucca I?ve ordered (as an appetizer) tastedlike it was simply defrosted and served, no flavor, or anything. It didn?t taste fresh at all? Besides that everything else wasgreat! I also ordered an Alfajor for dessert and that was the best alfajor I ever had in my life!! I regret not getting 2 as Ileave Miami tomorrow morning!!! I visited this location and was impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The location was smaller than I... expected but well decorated. I was blown away with how massive and varied the menu options were. They had a little bit ofeverything and was overwhelmed. I inquired for some suggestions from the staff and went with a few options. The service wasfaster than I expected which was nice and had more of a fast casual vibe then a sit down restaurant. My food was fresh, warm,and full of flavor. I was shocked with our unique everything tasted. I was excited to have a kombucha float but was notifiedthey didn?t have them at this location. Looking for a friendly, healthy, delicious, and fantastic restaurant? Well, look no more than Holi Vegan Kitchen MiMo. This was... our first visit to the restaurant. After going for a bicycle ride in Key Biscayne I decided to surprise my wife with food fromthis restaurant. When we walked in we were greeted by the two waiters in such a friendly and welcoming manner that I knew we hadpicked a good place. We were asked if we wanted to sit outside or place an orde to go and we chose to go as I had plans toconvert this lunch into a picnic. After reviewing the menu we place the order and one key question was if we wanted cutlerywhich we didn't as we had our own. while we waited for the food we notice that another couple came in and ask for a tableoutside and after placing the order the guy took his beer and proceeded to the table, once he got there I saw that heaccidentally dropped the bottle and was left with nothing, the waiter also noticed this and asked the manager if they couldreplace it for him and the manager without hesitation said yes. This act of kindness and understanding gave me kept adding greatvides from this place. We got our food on biodegradable containers (another plus) and I took my wife to a little park to haveour picnic. What we didn't expect was the food to taste this incredible. Everything was fresh, delicious, perfect amount,colorful, and a couple of surprise combinations that made me savor the flavors even more. Without a single doubt in my mind, Iwill recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service, the food, attention to the customer and the mission they stand for issomething that is done from the line cooks to the waiters and beyond. Great takeout experience. The portions were huge and that's not usually the case for vegan food. The vegan mac n cheese, spinach... empanada, and chilli bowl were flavorful and filling. I ordered 2x over a few days for my stay in Miami. I love the creativitywith the Jerk tempeh plantain sandwich, it was pretty tasty with the spiced cashew Sriracha cashew mayo. The 2nd time I orderedthey forgot the mayo and it didn't have as much flavor as the first time but overall it was a good sandwich. Besides the bananacake being dry, I enjoyed the food. Cost wise it was average for vegan food especially in Miami. I would recommend this place.You can dine in here, it's small but a nice environment.
