Holy hell this place is delicious! Tasty brisket is hard to do. Usually the crust isn’t right or it’s just too dry. But the... brisket here is seriously perfect. This is probably the best bbq brisket I’ve ever had, it’s toe to toe with famous bbqspots in Texas. Didn’t need any sauce at all (but their sauce IS delicious!) because the seasoning and the cook are perfect.Their charred broccoli was also phenomenal! The mustardy notes in their house cole slaw were phenomenal and the Mac & cheesewas also good. Loved every bite and looking forward to making the drive out here to try more of the menu in the future. Everything on this plate was great , with confidence I can say this is some of the best BBQ I've had in miami. Top 5 in my mind.... It's pretty rare to find authentic smoked BBQ in South Florida, you typically see cookie cutter spots like sonny's or shorty'swhere there are no unique qualities or any worthy dishes in my eyes. This place is pretty unique, truly worth checking out ifyou want some great authentic Texas style BBQ. Read more
HELL YES. 10/10 would recommend The service was phenomenal! Im sad I that I can't remember the waiters name but he was great!... The atmosphere there was so cool. We tried literally every appetizer on the menu and they were all great, not one waslackluster! The baked beans were something you just wanted to dive into and cuddle up amongst the beans! The Frito Pie wasoutstanding, so tasty, so many flavors that all worked together. The ribs were hands down, without a doubt, the best ribs that Ihave ever had! (Sorry Dad, he would be rolling in his grave if he heard I had better ribs than his!) but they were so differentand delicious! I live in WV where I cannot get anything like this, so I will be craving this until my next visit to FL. When Imost certainly will be making this place one of my first stops! Read more
This is the BEST barbecue I’ve ever had. It’s about an hour from me, but I’ll definitely be making the trip often. The... pulled pork is so moist and just sitting in its own juices. It’s hard to describe the flavor, I’ve never had pulled pork sotender. I got the frito pie with the brisket queso which was also to die for. The macaroni and cheese, cornbread, and beer werealso great. Hiiiiighly recommend coming here! Read more
Delicious food and a great vibe. Went on a Sunday and there was an amazing band playing. Lots of seating both indoors and... outdoors (partial shade which is great). Some of the food items seemed overpriced though ($7 cornbread). Read more
Ok so I wouldn’t call myself a bbq expert. But I have been to a few places for bbq in south Florida. And can say the other... places had better more legit bbq. Hometown is definitely more trendy and way overpriced. Wow, why don’t they have combooptions?! The cornbread was dry but I liked the honey butter glaze. The mac n cheese was ok but I like that they put breadcrumbs on it. The potato salad was ok. And the brisket wasn’t as juicy as I’ve had at other places. The best thing we hadwas the Beef Rib omg that was amazing. But it was also my first beef rib. The banana pudding was mostly whipped cream. I willsay the vibe inside is very cool and a modern take on a bbq joint. Maybe I would go again but it’s also a bit of a drive forme. Read more
I’ve driven by a few times and had no idea this was a restaurant, until I saw a few people walking in and decided to look them... up. I’m so glad I did. I placed a delivery order and everything came just perfect. If you are in the mood for some authenticbarbque food this is your place. We order different items to try and wow EVERYTHING was so delicious. I can’t say one wasbetter than the other because they were all so delicious. Came in after work. Sat at the bar. Cucumber margarita ????. Tacos ( brisket and pulled pork). Juicy and tasty. . . Loved... the Industrial look. Service was excellent. Come on in, you will be pleasantly surprised. Read more
