I usually come here on Sundays and the food is amazing. This time I ordered two dinners to go with desserts and I ordered a pork... & chicken souse to eat there. The chicken souse was chicken back & legs cut up. I almost couldn't identify the parts I waseating. The pork souse was all pigtails. The gentleman came from the back and explained it's made from pigtails. I have beeneating pork souse over 40 years, and I have never seen it made with just pigtails. What happened to hog maws, ears, & feet. Iguess they just skipped that part. I would return but only for dinners. Read more
