After six visits in 2 months, I feel confident to say this place is not improving anytime soon. LONG wait time for food. 30 to... 45 mins for less than 4 entrees. Chicken served burnt and raw. Sausages were black. And hash brown tough and under cooked.Waiters and waitresses were helpful but difficult to get their attention at times. Usually 10 minutes to get their help. Oftensold out of items on menu. Don?t expect to eat quick and leave for lunch break. I will update if I see improvement. Read more
I have been coming here since i was little and never had a bad experience. On the contrary it was always great! I was waiting... now for about 15 mins and not 1 person came to ask us or even greet. There was 2 peiple waiting to pay their check and still noone came. I asked a waitress is there any that will come to sit us down and she answered "we dont have a hostess, and were verybusy" when i went to ask her how long will it take she literally walked away from me. So we waited an hour to get our food after waiting half an hour for someone to even ask us if we wanted water. The broccoli was... so watery I almost drowned. The manager came over twice and did nothing but order someone from the kitchen to act as a server.Honestly terrible management. The steak tips were pretty good though. Read more
Really disappointed about this place ,years ago was good the food delicious but TODAY feel like going to leave as soon saw and... taste the food but I am a respect and pay for the service and food but I think I won?t come back . Most unhygienic conditions. Servers don?t wear masks . Saw them wipe sweat off of their face and serve with same hands . They... used no gloves . Customers were asked to sit next to tables that were unclean . We had to wait for 45 mins to get our orders .Cutlery was unclean. It was disgusting, dirty and unhygienic. I ordered the fried chicken dinner and it looked nothing like the ppcture or the same that I've ordered before. The food was... ice cold and it looked as if they had taken the remains from other people's plates and put it on my plate. My family was eatingwith me and I did not wanna cause the scene or send it back because I did not trust the staff that I had walked after thisincident. I highly recommend never going to this restaurant. Also, it took ooer 50 minutes to get a horrible meal, whichfurthers leads me to think that problems occurred with my meal in the back. Very shady!
