The experience was pretty good I ordered an orange juice to eat with my breakfast and the orange juice was very watered down and... did not taste like real orange juice so I asked the waitress to please send it back and take it off of my bill she refused to doso because she said the manager would not allow it so she was willing to pay for the orange juice and give me my money back andshe take a loss. I feel that this is very poor management to not take back something when a customer is not satisfied we stillgave the girl the money and an extra tip. Choose another place to eat, save yourself the headache and the poor service. See why below. One of the worst service I've ever... received. Took ~20 minutes to get service, drinks and food order placed another 10+ minutes to get water, another 5 minutes toget coffees (which was freshly made and good), but the bus boy brought the drinks. We are thankful the bus boy gave us someattention. However, he was the only one. The waitress (which we didn't meet until 20 minutes after sitting) paid littleattention to us. We had to ask for water twice. When we did get food it was incomplete. The spicy poblano sauce was out butwas not told to us until we complained about it missing. If I would have known the sauce wasn't available before hand, I wouldnot have ordered it. Didn't look or taste like there were any poblanos in it. It was supposed to be spicy but it had zero spice,and the avocados on it were bad. My big steak was slightly cold by the time I got it. Salsa for the big steak had to berequested when it is standard. Paid extra for blueberry ricotta pancakes on the side, but only had blueberries on top. When wecomplained about the pancakes the waitress tried to argue that they were made right. I had to show her the menu for her toremake them. When we got a new stack, only the blueberries were in the middle. Went there 2 weeks ago with some friends at night time.It was short staffed there was only 2 people working. Even w/ such little... staff our experience was great. Crystal was our server, she was awesome communicated effectively & even made small talk w us.The food was great, would definitely recommend. Once again thank you crystal???? you made our night. One ? Star Rating goes out to this particular IHOP for the shameful practice of having a lone employee both Taking , Serving &... Cooking our order...???? Five ?????Stars goes out to the Black Woman who served us one hour before closing and served us with aGreat Demeanor and although her service was great ..! ???? I understand that everywhere is short staffed these days. With that said, if an establishment doesn?t have adequate staff to... maintain a sit down restaurant AND online orders, then perhaps they shouldn?t try to do both. We waited ONE HOUR for very simplebreakfast. 2 adults and a hungry toddler. The number of to go orders going out ahead of ours was insane. I used to love ihop,but we will not be going back. Read more
Before I leave this review I understand we are living in unprecedented times. However, I still believe there should be some... level of customer service and attention to detail, especially in an establishment that relies on its customers to operate. Thatbeing said, my experience today at this IHOP location was terrible. I ordered takeout, for which we waited about 15-20 minutesto be seen (I understand it was busy hours, so no complaint there. To be expected.) After we ordered, they told us about 15-20minute wait time so we waited 10 minutes to go back inside and then another 20 minutes before we asked if our order wasready. Review: They forgot our order and had it sitting under the heat lamps for about 10 minutes or so. Soggy pancakes and coldomelette, YUM! Food was NOT even satisfactory, definitely below average. I came to eat with my daughter because she was craving lol. We almost had the place to ourselves. The staff was super... accommodating and friendly with us. They offered us great customer service. Everything was clean and in its place. Lookingthrough the menu I noticed that IHOP is now offering Chicken and waffles. So I said why not?!! They were delicious!!!!!! I woulddefinitely have them again. They have a lot of new items on the menu that are worth trying. Read more
