Very disappointed. I pre-ordered the Belgian waffle last night. It should have been done by time I got there but it wasn't. I... overheard the cook say there were some issues. The host told me there were some issues but it was coming. I was there like 20extra minutes. I waited until I got home and seen that the waffle had burnt spots and had a burnt smell and taste. That was awaste if $10, that's too high for a waffle anyways but the fact it was not cooked properly makes it worse! I am so disappointedand disgusted that they would serve that to me. Read more
It has been years since I've been to IHOP. I had an omelet and pancakes. I was better than I expected. However, a member of my... party did not get what they ordered, which was disappointing. The waitress was really busy with all her tables and didn't checkon us. We had to have the lady clearing tables to cash us out. Read more
It?s been a while since we?ve visited an IHOP & I?m glad that we had a great experience. As soon as we walked in, Andrea greeted... us with a smile. She also happened to be our server. She was patient, professional & friendly. The food was also great. You cantell that there is a great team working together. We?ll definitely be back! Read more
The food was ok but then, the CLOROX smell over powered the whole restaurant. I?m asthmatic and this smell gave me lots of... cough. It?s my understanding that all those toxic cleaners need to be done when all restaurants is closed not during work hoursand while ppl are eating. This is something that needs to be corrected immediately as this is the always happening duringdifferent visits. I understand cleaning is very good however this smell is too strong. Read more
We got seated very quick (that was good), however, all servers passed us by and none of them NEVER checked on us at least to see... if someone was already serving us. We were there for more than 30 minutes and none of the servers didn?t even look at our table,people that were seated way later than us were already ordering before us? we had to leave because this was so ridiculous. 0/10,I will never go back to this location, this was the rudest thing, everyone there acted like we weren?t there. Great service. Food was prepared quick
I will say the cooks do a great job, I can honestly say no complaints with food or price. Sadly it's the Day shift waitresses it... was seems like they have an attitude whether you are wanting to dine in, place an order, or pickup an order. I can say I onlymet 2 that displayed great customer service but no longer work there. Night Manager has displayed better customer service evenwhen it was just him and the cook; that guy works extremely hard. Simply just got tired attitudes especially since they're somany other locations. Read more
