I always live everything I order. And our new waitress Lorena was Perfect!!!!
Awful experience, we were sited they got our order 15 min later, then we sat in the place for 1 whole hour waiting for our... appetizers and food without any communication. After 1 hour the waiter comes and tells us that he gave our order to anothertable and that we would have to wait longer for our food to come out, no compensation, no apology or acknowledgment for themistake. Please do yourself a favor and try the ceviche empanadas...SO GOOD!!! They're huge and are completely filled with ceviche.... They're so delicious. We ordered the tostadas trio with crab salad, the fancy rainbow roll & the geisha roll. At first they made an honest mistake and... gave us somebody else's order. They were quick to find out and went to the car to apologize. However when we got home and openedour food we realized that they had gotten one roll wrong. Instead of the Geisha it was one called Fusion. We were already home &hungry so we weren't going all the way back to changed it. Not gonna lie, the roll was yummy but not what I've ordered. Theissue came with the roll that they had actually gotten right. The "Fancy rainbow" roll had a VERY strong fishy taste, they typeof flavor that would linger in your mouth. Not fresh at all and the white fish had a very questionable look & flavor.Unfortunately even after taking the white fish out you could still taste it on the tuna & salmon. We couldn't finished eating itno matter how much sauce we put on it, it just tasted bad. Would not recommend it. The crab tostones were okay but the tostoneswere cold and stale like they had been sitting out for a while. I gave them 1 star because although the food was bad theservice was good. From the moment they took our call to place the order they were really nice. To when the server came to ourcar to let us know they had given us the wrong order. But for the price that you're paying, almost $80 for 3 dishes + tip, Iwould've expected a much better, tastier and fresher sushi. I have had better Sushi for a way better price. Also, they do notput any ginger or Wasabi on any of the rolls, something that I thought might be standard for sushi bars. I might be wrong, ifwas my first time at this place and unfortunately my last time. Hope they do better in the future cause I've heard good thingsabout this place and thats why we gave it a try but for us its wasn't that great at all. Read more
Being a sushi lover for over 15yrs, i can rate the experience at this restaurant as beyong exceptional, exceeded all my... expectations. Waiters are educated & very attentive. The quality as well as freshness of their sushi also adding the so manydifferent variety of rolls tops the highest ever experienced in Miami. The presentation of their dine in as well as theirdeliveries is luxurious. Read more
Amazing food! I’ve been able to go to all 3 locations and the food, ambiance, customer service ALL of it has been an AMAZING... experience. I will always recommend my friends and family this place. Love that they have LIVE music on Fridays and Saturdaysas well. Amazing amazing 10/10 Read more
