HORRIBLE. My first time ever eating jersey mike and after this experience, I?ll never eat it again. I went in and bought 2 subs,... steak and turkey ($31.00) . They ask me what I want on my steak and I told them only cheese and onions. I paid, left a tip, andheaded home ( 38 min drive to Pembroke Pines). When I arrived home and prepare myself to eat, my steak sub had mushrooms, redpeppers included, which I didn?t ask for. When I called the store to complain, they told me to drive 40 min back to the locationand they can remake it. No consideration for my TIME, GAS, And Inconvenience. The manager was Very nonchalant . I amdisappointed to the 100th power. I can?t believe the level of customer service I received from Jersey Mike?s employee. DO NOTwaste your time and money eating from Jersey Mike. I received better customer at Subway, Miami Subs, and Charlie?s. Oh I forgotto mention, there is no number to call for customer service. Anytime a company can?t provide a customer service number, don?t dobusiness with them. They don?t care enough about their customers! Read more
