Juice is fine.. But I got the Blue magic smoothie once and it was great, so naturally I go and order it again& the last few... times I went, it's been awful.. it had unedible "pebbles" like gravel throughout my entire smoothie. Like Making it entirelyUnedible. & completely Unchewable, not that anyone would want to chew bits like what is in the photo. Ron, the manager was very unhelpful. We ordered they the app and picked up the good 5 minutes after the app said it would be... ready. The sandwiches were cold and Ron said that?s how it is. So don?t order they the app even though the store is very slowin person. Shame because they have yummy food. Bad service. Read more
I love this place and the food here, am and always will be a big fan. I also come here often and never had any issues until... today. I came in on Sunday of Independence Day Weekend around 5:30pm and they only had one person working. She was on the phonesitting behind the counter, saw me come in, and still sat on the phone for a long time while I stood there waiting to order. Ieven thought they had already closed or that something was wrong. She then finally took my order. And then proceeded to spendthe next few minutes calmly choosing a playlist on the iPad on the wall. Finally, after finding the perfect playlist whichincluded incredibly explicit music that in my opinion should not be played at an establishment without censorship or a cleanversion, she then finally started making my order. I am very loyal to this chain, but honestly, save yourself some time on theweekends and go to the location in Sunny Isles on Collins Avenue. Read more
My family has been going to this cafe for a while. It was my first time. I have to say. It was comfortable and delightful. The... atmosphere was classy and clean. The service was very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable for a shop inside ofAventura Mall. The menu is nice and easy to understand. We are definitely recommending others. I went to the location inside the aventura mall and had a terrible experience. I have celiac disease and asked if they can make... a gluten free sandwich since I have gluten allergy. They told me yes. I payed 18 dollar for my sandwich and one smoothie. SinceI have this allergy I decided to test in my nima machine if the sandwich is safe for me or not. I was checking for some kind ofcross contamination and the machine showed contain gluten. I went back explained the situation and they told me that were goingto to a new sandwich because the one they gave me was not with gluten free bread. I can?t imagine the problem I was going tohave if a eat a whole gluten bread. I told I don?t need a new sandwich they asked me if I wanted refund and I told yes. However,they told me to took a picture of a email and telephone number and contact that for refund. I asked for a smoothie instead andthey gave me a room temperature smoothie. Terrible experience. Celiac disease is very serious and employees should be trainingbetter since they are offering gluten free bread. I don?t recommend this place at all. Read more
