I normally love Joe and the Juice but in this particular local employees tend to ignore you completely while you?re obviously... waiting to order and will not acknowledge you until after 20 minutes or so Read more

Joe & The Juice in Europe and Joe & The Juice in the US are two completely different experiences. I?ve been to Joe & The Juice... in several European countries and cities and love the brand, the experience and the product. The locations in the US though area shell of the real experience. So far I?ve tried the DC, Bethesda, NY, Aventura, and this location in Sunny Isles and all havedisappointed. For this location specifically, props for the coffee, the barista did a good job in making a perfect cappuccino. The sandwich is very bland though. I usually get the spicy tuna sandwich and they usually use jalapeños to give it a ki but itlooks like they hav to hot sauce or maybe they were just out of jalapeños. The smoothie was also pretty blah. I gave 3 starsfor the coffee but everything else was very bland and lacked effort. The worst part is that the place does not have the energyand vibe that I?ve come to love and expect from Joe & The Juice. To Managment, sorry for the harsh review but hopefully youguys can encapsulate the magic that you?ve been able to create in your Euro locations. Read more

I'm giving this location a 3 star for its potential. It's in a great location but it lacks serious business, everytime I go in... there it's a place for an occupancy of 50 people or more but it has maybe 1 or 2 people sitting inside. The windows are so darkit looks closed all day every day, I walked by this place more than 100 times since moving to sunny isles before I realized itwas actually in operation. There's no outdoor seating and if there is supposed to be the workers aren't supplying it, and basedoff of what I've read from previous reviews, entitlement and lack of work ethic/ability to connect with customers on a humanlevel is absent and I wouldn't be surprised if this were the case. My past 2 experiences with this place have so far beenmediocre at best, not really a welcoming but an awkward stare upon entry which can be infuriating depending on the daynevertheless I got what I needed and got out, didn't really care about the welcoming. This places logo has a lonely vibe but theinterior completley contradicts it whilst the exterior purports this setting and the exterior is damaging what could be a verybusy place I presume. Lastly and sadly I have seen homeless people sleep in front of this business on multiple occasions andthis reinforces the need for consideration of serious work on its exterior. Get outdoor seating, get rid of the completleytinted windows that make this place look out of business and it will be way more inviting. This place has a decent menu. Read more

The sandwiches here are good but the staff is rude! I asked for a bag for my sandwiches and the girl with short curly hair (who... also made them) gave me a stink face, like I just asked her for money. When I confronted her, she had an attitude and was superdisgusting. Won?t go back and it?s too bad, I live right in the area. People like her are ruining the business. Read more

The coffee and sandwiches are very good! The blue spirulina smoothie was not the best for $10. The service was fine and the... store is very cute. Read more

Personally I like this cafe. The coffee and sandwiches are great. I see a lot of reviews about bad services but I had no issues.... Will come back. Prices are on the higher end but that?s because the location is expensive. They should ask customers for reviewswith a reward so they can boost their star rating. Read more
