130pm on a Monday afternoon walk in to one of my favorite juice shops to be told 35 minute wait for a shake! Mind was blown. To... many to go orders they said. I?d think you would take care of the people that wernt to lazy to come to your establishment andbuy their shake. I?ve waited less to get into 5 star restaurants. Understaffed hope this changes. Im a regular at all the Joe & the Juice in Miami, the Wynwood location was disappointing. First event, I used restroom and there... was no soap (yet employees required to wash hands) sign was up. I mentioned it and employees said ?oh we know, soap dispenser isbroken? Second event, a roach right at the entrance door spotted as I was walking out. Third event, the Serrano on my sandwichdid not taste fresh and the avocado was also not fresh, it was black. Needles to say I will not be returning. Read more
Stopped by after a workout and picked up two herb tonics. Nice spot in line with all of the other Joe?s. Staff at the register... wasn?t the most welcoming but nice enough to add lemon to our drinks. Read more
The people that work here are incompetent. Waiting for my drink for over 20 min and they?re not even doing anything. Telling me... ?hold on sweetie? what?s the hold ??
