What happened to the chicken pot pie? My chicken pot pie was 1/3 full. I took it back and I was given another chicken pot pie. I... realize KFC is cutting back. Do not waste your money, you will be receiving 1/3 cream and a crispy crust. There is no chickenor vegetables. I rather go to chick Fila the next time, It's worth the drive. I decided to visit this location for lunch (BIG MISTAKE!) It was a long line, finally I got to order for me and my coworker and... got our food I only check the 2 boxes was in the bag(my bad) I got to work and my 4pc wings was burned . Thought about dining in but it was too sketchy. Took some takeaway to my car. Still tasty chickin' tho.
Poor service and had bathrooms locked. I asked for key and was told both bathrooms "are broke". I understand keeping them locked... but there is a sign saying "for paying customers only". As a paying customer who sat down in the dining room to eat, I shouldhave been granted access to use the restroom. I have kidney issues and need to have access to facilities and this is the reasonI chose to dine in. I cant really comment on quality of the food as I was very uncomfortable trying to eat. Food did not take along time to get and dining area was tidy soda fountain mix was not correct and drinks had too much Carbonation. Will not visitthis store again. *Update* thanks for your reply.I am sure you realize your store is in violation of Florida code by notproviding restroom facilities to paying customers. Very bad attention from the staff, they do not even speak to you when you ask them because an order takes more than 15 minutes,... the restaurant is not full so it takes so long, there is no manager to attend to you when you ask for their attention, rudestaff. I don't recommend it at all Read more
