EXTREMELY RUDE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My partner and I entered this shop because we thought it was really nice looking... from outside. We were walking around looking for a quick bite to eat. We entered the establishment around 1:12 pm. The shop hada friendly, family oriented vibe. We perused the offerings and waited to be acknowledged so we could order. The young ladyworking was diligently making juice and gathering food from the back but did not acknowledge us. By the time she asked us whatwe would like to order, the time was 1:25pm, which was fine because breakfast was being served until 1:30. When we started toorder, she told us we couldn?t order because it was too late. We told her the times posted said 1:30 but she wouldn?t let usorder breakfast, so we ordered juice instead. The juice was good and fresh. Upon receiving our juice we asked the young ladywhat her name was and she immediately became standoffish and asked ?Why?!? in a condescending tone. We replied we just wanted toknow with whom we were speaking and she said ok but ?Why?!? We asked for her name so we could address her as such so we couldtalk to her about our disappointment, trying to be personable, but she wasn?t having it. My partner and I are nice people but wedon?t like being disrespected. I snapped her pic for being rude to us and then she decided to take a pic of us and try to talkto the chef who was sitting in the back. I guess the young lady felt threatened of us because she kept staring at us the wholetime. If you decide to come here, just be aware. I don?t have anything negative to say about the food/juice. Overpriced and mediocre. The smallest gelato is around $10 which is ridiculous since the portion isn?t even that big. I tried... about 6 flavors and let me just say the taste isn?t that good, it?s mediocre at best, nothing special. Regardless, theatmosphere and the staff are nice. Read more

Overpriced. The servers give you the latte at 70% capacity so they can get free coffee. A $5 dollar coffee. They steal a coffee... portion from every customer. The servers were both eating cake and drinking coffee when we got there. What a disappointment.Then, the server asking personal questions. The coffee shop owner is probably unaware of his employees taking advantage ofcustomers and the owner. Read more

Beautiful, quiet part of Brickell. Not just a gelato or ice cream place, they actually serve full breakfast and breakfast... sandwiches. The Restaurant is reaaly adorable, we ate in the loft and relaxed with coffee. Awesome spot in Brickell. Read more

Good flavors. Great location. Cool decor. Tastes just ooze quality and top notch service. The issue might be the price as the... quantity is pretty small. Had a wonderful experience here. I have always passed by and never actually noticed the place just I think it's related to the... hotel or condominium next to it but I found it on yelp and boy was a Pleased with the environment very clean and the girlsattending us had the best manner, great attitude and attentive. We got the Romano Juice, Chocolate Ice cream and expresó. Allwas delicious and fresh. Those 3 items came out to $18.25 plus tip :) Don't forget to tip !
