Stopped by this restaurant for some delicious food. While connecting??. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Flan was just... right for me. Lunch pick yellow rice, pork chop and beans that was yummy. Consumed the Garden salad on the plain. Read more
Pretty darn good for airport food, got the chicken and salmon, both very tasty. Clean well maintained restaurant with good food... and service. I would say close to authentic but not real authentic. Read more
My long time support of this Miami institution just died. I will not be spending any more of my money here. In plain English the... food and service sucks. My last meal consisted of pork that was so old, dried out, and crusty it sliced a track in my throateating it. The black beans were all brown water and zero beans. The service and friendliness was nowhere to be found. They gaveit to me in a cardboard container that was so soggy it almost disintegrated as I walked away from the counter. No bag wasoffered. I work at the airport. I?ll do all that I can to avoid this place and to ensure every passenger I come in contact withis steered away as well. This restaurant needs to understand they are no longer the only restaurant in the airport and maybethey will start caring again. If anyone in corporate actually cares they?d be supervising how they run this place. Read more
I only gave it one review because I had too... the food is cold I paid $10 for a salad and they do not have any salad dressing.... I bought a salad soup and rice. THE rice is chewy as soup is still cold. A total disappointment after walking mile forsoup They did give me a refund without a problem... but I want food. Read more
My husband and I ordered half chicken because the portion is plenty and perfect for two. We picked moros and sweet fried... plantains as some sides for the dish. The sides were tasty and well done but unfortunately the breast chicken wasn't soft atall. The service was ok. Read more
This is the best airport food spot I've ever been to. I really appreciate the good people of La Carreta for providing quality,... affordable food when 99% of airport food is low quality and overpriced. We were able to feed our family during a long layoverand not spend ridiculous prices. Friendly service too! Gracias! Read more
