Awesome night. The food is delicious, service is quick and friendly, the views are great and very cool vibe and atmosphere. Has... a big wrap around patio with indoor and outdoor dining on the river. The restaurant is very cool inside with beautiful artworkand a DJ playing chill, not too loud music. Service was very nice and knowledgeable. The food looked like a piece of art andtasted delicious. Little expensive, but worth it. Great night. Would definitely go back again. Try the Tiradito Lujoso! Read more

We had been wanting to visit La Mar, by renowned chef Gaston Acurio, for a long time. We had visited his restaurant in Chile... over 10 years ago and the night had been memorable. Miami was no different. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very pleasantand with the Brickell skyline as a backdrop. The food, while impeccable, was not surprising. Everything was very wellpresented, the ingredients were fresh, but nothing compared to the explosion of flavors that we remember feeling in Chile. Went to the Mandarin Oriental just to explore with a friend. We got there in time for the breakfast at La Mar. The buffet spead... was so beautifully put together. Do much diversity everyone will be satisfied. We ate on the deck and had he most breathtakingview of the city from across the lagoon. Just that I. Itself was worth it. I definitely recommend this restaurant. It was alittle pricey but worth every penny. The service was so great and our server was so personable. We went for the Mother's Day Brunch Special and it did not disappoint! Great variety in the buffet and great complimentary... cocktail and menu selection, service was very attentive and orders arrived very fast, not to mention our spectacular view overMiami Brickell Bay. The food and ambiance are enjoyable. You can see the Brickell Center across the bay. I recommend doing a walk along the... waterfront after dinner ans it was a relaxing walk. However, parking is expensive, $16 even after restaurant validation andthere's no other way to get parking on this small island. Read more

Are at la mar breakfast while I was staying at the mandarin hotel.. They do have a la carte and Buffet. I tried the buffet so... far for the second day and they are pretty ok. Good selection of fruits, cheeses, bread and bagels, cereals as well as smokedsalmon. You can ask the chef to cook your eggs they way you like . Workers are nice and the place is clean too.
