The filet mignon was amazing, especially the flavors and butter on it. I got my steak rare and it was perfect, no fat.... AMAZINGGGG.. I didn't like the shrimp, tasted cheap. This restaurant is beautiful. It's a new longhorn location and the decoration is gorgeous. The menu has great options. The menu... offers a variety of options for everyone to enjoy. OMG, I can not express how happy I was. The restaurant is beautiful. When I walked in I felt like I was walking the red carpet. ... I was greeted at the door by the hostesses. Then I was taken to table. I had Alexander as my waiter, he was amazing. I alwayshad my refill and MY MANGO MARGARITA was delicious My renegade steak was cooked perfectly and everything was fresh and hot, justthe way I like my food. You have to try their stampeded dessert, with chocolate cake, chocolate filling and ice cream, to diefor. Marcos the manager came by the table to say hello and make sure I was happy. They had trainers from other cities andstates, making sure the families were taken care of and happy, they were amazing. 5 Star is short for the employees andManagement at Longhorn.
