If I could give it 0 stars this would still be a high score... I don't know what are true requisite to hire at this McDonald's,... but they have the worst customer management I have ever experienced. The evening manager on duty this Monday, Oct 10,2022 wasthe worst of all services I have ever encountered. She had the audacity to tell me that I had to clean my own table if I wantedto sit at a table inside the restaurant. She was not going to clean it nor did she have any employee to clean or had time toclean and turned around to continue her conversation with an employee. I don't know what it entails to own a franchise, but Ibelieve corporate needs to send a secret shopper to experience the sour taste of this franchise choice of employees torepresent their brand. Although the order placed was correct and was given to me quickly, the actual items were very disappointing when I opened them.... I requested additional condiments be placed on them so that the could be freshly made. Unfortunately, it seemed like they justtook older ones and placed the additional condiments in them. They were understaffed when we went there and had one person working the register and she was also pulling orders, so everyone... was waiting, and waiting, I could see maybe 2 or 3 other folks working the back end, but there should have been 8-10 in order tokeep up with the flow.
