As McDonald's go and especially during this staffing shortage yet influx of drive-thru orders, online and in-store orders they... are doing a good job though you may have to wait a bit if it's late and only a couple people working. Usually the fries arenoticeable salted and not cooked in old oil or burnt. Sometimes the chicken patties and nuggets can be overcooked and dry. Read more
Literally spent 30 minutes of my lunch at the counter. No one was taking orders,ordering machines didn't work and employees... obviously could not care less. Instead the only employee we saw decides to fix the sundae machine (unsuccessfully I might add)instead of taking care of the 5 plus people there in store waiting to pay or order. 3 of which were there before me it amazes methat I can even find a 'fast' food restaurant in this country that makes you wait 30 minutes to not be able for you to even paylet alone get your food. Just ordered a classic chocolate sundar and they served half the cup. Asked another lady to fix the order and with a bad... attitude she thought it away and served another half cup of sundae. Is it really that difficult to do one job? Read more
On the door said open till 11pm. But worker locked the door and completely ignored us.
The worst service that you can get. It is incredible that a bad experience will make McDonalds lose clients . Believe we are not... coming back to this location and probably never come back to eat in any of your restaurants. Just because you couldn't take careof a customer. Read more
They need to be considerate of a person standing outside for an hour ????. Trying to get a Sausage egg Mc Muffin meal. I... thought if they didnt open at 6am, at least they would open at 7am ????????????????????. The one employee going in said theirsit diner didn't open till 8am. That's ????.
