Still haven't learned from Starbucks? There are people who want to use a laptop or tablet while having breakfast or coffee and... there are no wall outlets, it feels like you are not welcome in the store, mcdonald's do something. The absolute worst McDonald?s! Their prices are higher than other McDonald?s and they take FOREVER just to get your order. They... have two lanes for absolutely no reason they make you wait 5 minutes just to get your order then they tell you to go wait at thenumber for your food and will take 15 minutes to bring you the food and once you get it it?s COLD. Be careful when orderinghappy meals I continuously tell them that my kids don?t need a size medium and they will argue that it?s not a size medium andthen when I get the receipt I?m charged for the freaking medium. Jennifer the manager I got time today! You probably thought it was over because I just stared in silence. But let me tell you... about my experience with this establishment. First and foremost this particular McDonald's it's like a family tradition I'vebeen coming here since I was able to say the words french fry. Never had a poor experience like today. First things first youguys need to come into the future establishment like this is known to have lines longer than usual therefore you should have anemployee outside assisting with orders creating some type of traffic control. Secondly, no one forced anyone to work at thisrestaurant so therefore customers should not be greeted by angry cashiers the cashier looked like she did not want to be thereto the point that she dropped my credit card because of poor handling of the way to give it to me I had to pick it up off theground. Neither front nor back Associates greeted me. My four-year-old son always says Hey to the cashier and they normallygreet him back. So now it's time to get my meal I order sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. I literally yelled trying to get thecash year's attention to let her know the tea was on Sweden after several attempts I gave up waiting for the person to come tothe window I notified them the tea was unsweetened she stated to me that I want her to sweeten the tea I thought that was prettyobvious but neither less she did so after I said yes while I was waiting for the tea and the mail to arrive the manager Jennifercame to the window and told me I needed to go park my vehicle for my meal. Wow, I thought to myself she did not even entertainthe fact the drink was incorrect and the fact that the meal just came up or was ready sitting there. I looked at her with apuzzled face because I realize she was only worried about time and not the customer and if I move the vehicle my food was goingto be cold. After all, it was already there.
