Zero stars or less if possible. Not all McDononalds are the same and I love McDonalds. I went at 830am this morning for... breakfast and the manager told me they were closed. The drive thru was open but I wanted to sit down and eat. Online saids is a24-hour operation. I noticed the manager may not let me in because the staff was washing the floors, but common sense thatshould be done in the early hours when nobody is there not on breakfast time, but whatever. I went somewhere else. Parking-Limited. Premises- A lot of homeless people barricading the front door. Host/Waitress- Manager did not let me in. I got a really bad vibe from this McDonalds the minute I drove in and saw homeless folks sleeping by the front door. It was... around 10:45am and I thought it was lunchtime. They make you order at the first window and when I drove around, the managertaking the order said very rudely it was breakfast and shut the windows and disappeared. Every McDonalds I?ve been to endsbreakfast at 10:29am. So I went to the second window and asked what time breakfast ended so I could come back. She startedshooing me off before she went to get the same manager who was rude to let us know what time it ended. She could have just said11. So I figure out what time lunch was, then went back through the drive thru to order and as I was picking up my food ahomeless man came begging for food. I?m not going to let someone go hungry, so I ordered for him. They really need to controlthis issue though. I?ve never been to a business that allows homeless to sleep on their doorstep and hit people up for money andfood in the drive thru. It made me so uncomfortable and I will never come back. Read more
The service was terrible! The "manager" was very rude. I ordered 8 breakfast meals, everything was put in one bag. I ordered... light ice of course I got cups full of ice with little Sweet Tea. They were offended because I mentioned again light ice. Iwon't even say what she did to take the ice out smh. After getting the sweet tea with light ice it tasted awful like dirtywater. I really can say so much more but I'll leave it at that. If I'm spending over $50 for breakfast for my kids,granddaughter & myself we shouldn't have been treated like that this morning. Mc Donald's really have been falling off. I'llsave about 2 to 3 hundred dollars a month once I stop eating there. I'm never going to that location ever again. Read more
This location used to be poorly ran and one-time the fries I received tasted of chemical and made me sick. I'm assuming a new... owner/management/employees work here. This location has been renovated. The drive through is a bit of an issue navigating andparking is limited. I now have confidence in this location's product. I had been avoiding it since my poor experience. I now donot need time travel as far to get my fix. Overall, a good experience! Read more
Person that takes the orders and your money has ZERO customer service skills. Then the young man that gives you your food, might... as well have thrown it at me. Food was cold and nasty. Look, I love the Mc Donald?s ?per se? but this restaurant was very dirty. The food still good, confort and never... disappointed!
