Moved out of kendall area and been craving this place and finally after 2 years we ad the chance to com back... Wow! This place... is still amazing and still in my top 5 pizza places. Fresh ingredients, not too much sauce, perfect crust and don't even get mestarted on the garlic! Patricia or Priscila (sorry) went above and beyond to help us out and she made sure we had an amazingexperience. Always fresh ingredients and great staff makes Mikes one of the very few original locl / neighborhood joints leftin Miami and thats why we'll keep coming back. Thank you! Read more
One of the worst displays of customer service I?ve seen in quite a long time. With the except of an older couple in the dining... area and one customer waiting at the counter (already being served) I was flabbergasted that you had two counter peopleincluding a tall, husky man walked right past me and didn?t bother to make eye-contact or even offer the tradition comment,?Hello, we?ll be right with you!? Nothing. I stood there for a good five minutes with both men carrying on a conversation withtheir backs facing us. If you love ?New York Style? pizza, you have several great alternatives: Amici?s or Pina?s. If youlive nearby Mike?s and have a late night craving, then so be it, but if you appreciate and expect customer service, then stayfar, far away from this sleazy dump. Read more
When it comes to pizza places, everyone has what they call their best pizza in town. Usually this is based on where you grew up.... Mike's pizza is that place for me. Their food overall is very good but whenever I go, even if ordering something different, Ialways get a slice and an order of mozzarella sticks (the sticks are absolutely amazing). I used to live in NY and just recentlycame back from a trip so the taste of a NY slice was still fresh in my memory. Mike's definitely is NY style pizza. For methey are hands down the best pizza in Kendall. Read more
