Very surprisingly nice for a strip mall restaurant. Atmosphere was great nice decor with dim, romantic lighting. Service was... good. Attentive server and host, I felt welcome. Most importantly, the food. I started wity the Tokyo sunrise yuzu cocktail. Itwas a little sweet for me, but that doesn’t make it bad, I just prefer less sweet. The second drink I tried to order was anold fashioned, which I was then informed they didn’t have any whiskey or bourbon, which I found strange from a restaurant witha “full bar”. I panic ordered a vodka coke and it was…a vodka with coke so no complaints. Now the food. I had the steamedbeef dumplings as well as the tuna tartare. The dumplings honestly were amazing. Steamed perfectly wity a lot of filling, and Iloved the generous sprinkling of scallions. Also the spicy Mayo sauce it was served with is not something I would normally mixwith dumplings but oh my was it so good. The tuna tartare was also pretty good with good quality ingredients. My only complaintwith Thay is the ration of chip to tartare. I was loading it on the the chips AND ordered a second portion of chips and I stillsent a quarter of it back when I was finished. Replating it with more chips would be a better value for money IMO. Overall,Miyako provides a nice atmosphere, good service, and good food for a fair price. Really good service and food. Food very fresh and delicious. You have regular eating tables and could also do tradition shoes... off sit on cushions on floor with a low table. Lots of options and amazing lunch specials. 100% recommended for sushi if you'rein the area. Appetizer and a main will be around $40, average. Read more

Loved our experience!! Miyako in Doral is such an amazing place! We called ahead of time to reserve our cute table ?? Show in... pictures: OBOKO ROLL (with plantains on top ~ SUPER YUMMY) also ACEVICHADO ROLL both pictured in the first picture. Second,third and fourth picture include the CHAMPIONSHIP ROLL and our sake bottle called “ 10,000 WAYS” it was also so good to pairit with the sushi! FINALLY was our Thai donuts, SUPER YUMMY AS WELL & irresistible! Overall loved our experience with the foodand the service, it’s only our second time going but we will definitely go again! ????
