I was supposed to receive a refund for an incorrect order that I never received. I was a loyal and regular customer up until... now. When I contact their so called customer service it is like talking to a brick wall they never respond. The manager at thislocation promised I would get a refund that I never received. I surely won't be back and I'm very disappointed with theincredibly poor customer service from this company! Read more

Horrible customer service. And refused to cook my tortillas. Teach them some skills with customers. Who wants to eat raw... tortillas. And then the employee had the nerve to turn around and ask the other employee are we able to heat up tortillas. Ijust left and I will never come back here again after 7 years of being a regular customer. Found me a better taco place. ThanksMoe?s. Read more

Last time I was here it was before the pandemic. Things have quiet down a bit since then here. This Moes seems to be more... packed then the other store in Doral. Same food. The location is close to the mall and and across the street (107th) from bestbuy. no school around so It has a more mature crowd. Read more

While staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, the food is not that good. It lacks a lot of flavor. The rice, beans, and... meats are incredibly under seasoned. I also don?t like how they put your bowl together in compartments. Overall I would notget this again based on the quality severely lacking. Read more

My family and I will not be going back here. We have been loyal regulars for over 8 years and have dealt with the ups and downs... with this restaurant but it?s gotten to the point we?re out of 5 times you go 4 are a bad experience if it?s not that what youwant to eat is out of stock it?s the burrito falling apart from staff not draining properly the meats of veggies. But the strawthat breaks the camels back is the fact that I was called by the manager and said thanks for your feedback and your loyalty tous and no apology for the terrible experience! First time eating Moe?s Southwest Grill. The food was amazing. Really impressed with the flavours, the portion size, the... ingredients, the presentation and the price. We had a salad with white chicken and another salad with adobo chicken. Everythingwas fresh. The inside of the restaurant, where I picked up my order, was not so great. It smelled like frying oil, there wereboxes cut open ready for the trash, and the bathrooms were dirty. Read more

This is the first time ever I can say I experienced perfection when eating somewhere. The staff is probably the most pleasant... individuals I have ever interacted with when eating out. The food looks exactly and better than it does on the menu, whichrarely happens. From staff to food, this has been the one to really top it. Very attentive and extremely clean place.
