Seriously disgusting. Cheese is some sort of yellow oily substance, chili is a red fluid that barely has any taste at all. Fries... were made in old oil, they were soggy, oily and with a burned taste. To wrap up the 1-star experience, staff were rude and theplace was all messy. This would have been a 1-star review if the customer service wasn't average - and that's it, simply average customer service.... Everything else was awful; a low standard, even for airport "food". The chicken is real, I guess. But the burger? A picture isworth 1,000 words? Well we couldn't bring ourselves to risk whatever health concerns we'd have gotten by ingesting our $12"burger". Slapped together and thrown at us by the lady at the counter. It's almost like they're only around due to thedesperation of people being stranded at Miami airport. Service is pretty okay. I really stopped because I saw the sign say ?by popular demand we brought back wings? something along... those lines. Now who is Nathan trying to lie to. The actual wings were alright but the ?buffalo? sauce is literally salsa withsome kinda vegetable chunks. I went to the TGI Friday?s and asked for actual buffalo sauce. Read more
