This place is a hit or miss. At times I ruder and food is fresh and wrapped properly. Other times - they forget half of the... things I pay for and don?t care to deal with it. You call and you just wait and no one picks up. Today I ordered one salad andgot a completely different thing. They need to get themselves together for sure. Spent 55 dollars on bagels and 2 eggs. Requested a certain bagel Asiago. Didn't get what I requested all cinnamon and blue berry... do kot order through uber eats. Panera does not communicate what is available or what isn't available. So your money will bebadly spent. I want to know where is management checking the quality control of the out going orders from uber. Read more

I came to panera to have a lunch and I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and a drink. They give me this bowl and this was not the... same bowl I had before. I ask them to make another one cuz the size was too small (like half portion) and the person had anegative attitude about it. Never coming back here, is a shame people give different services and they dont care about thecostumer when I paid full price for that plate. Just make my lunch time so awful. Read more
