This has to be the worst Panera Bread I?ve ever been to. It?s extremely close by so that?s the only reason why we purchase from... here but I?m gonna have to stop because it?s ridiculous how many times they?ve gotten my order wrong. Perhaps the worst thingabout this Panera though has been the in-cafe pick up orders. I order this way a lot because we live very close so we don?t wantto pay for delivery fees. Also, I have small children so getting my food quickly this way is very convenient, IF my food wasactually there after I get an email that it?s ready. My food is never there! I spoke to a manager who excused it because ?peopleare sneaky?. Meaning people are STEALING. They don?t seem to care because she never mentioned that they were gonna try anothermethod. So, they are basically losing money because free food is flying out of there like flies AND in order to compensateunhappy customers they are giving free food. First time costumer, went in for a sour dough and paid for it. When I got home I ended up with an Italian. It was early Sunday... morning 8:30 am (it was empty) the guy who charged me was very friendly but the server was not. Guess this type of service iswhat one gets when living in Miami. I was so disappointed at the Wi-Fi in this Panera because I went with idea staying a couple of hours working here while I eat... and drink but I had to leave after I had my breakfast because the Wi-Fi didn?t work. They said it slow but this was not thecase. It didn?t work. And that made me waste my time which I don?t like. Now, the sandwich I had was delicious it was theavocado one on the bread filled with oats and it was delicious as well as my coffee. Read more

When asked for No Ice in a cold Chai tea drink I was delivered a half filled drink. Absolutely unacceptable. I have had repeated... negative experiences with this location. Ordering Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwiches and several time the sandwich missing Bacon,Turkey OR bravo sauce. All main ingredients in the sandwich. We receive French onion soup without cheese and croutons, Chickenfrontegas WITHOUT chicken. Needless to say we have given this location too many tries to provide us with a correct order. Itypically am very willing to support Panera however this has surpassed my paitecs and acceptable treatment to a paying customer. Read more
Went 2 weeks ago, by here. The ?employee? messed up my sandwich. Didnt put bacon. And left the paper that comes with the cheese,... on the cheese and in the sandwich, i asked for little lettuce and he put the who garden of lettuce in it. I went back to showthem what was wrong and the manager gave me a free sandwich on my next visit.. i went last night to get the same free sandwichand the same ? employee? made it for me, this time he forgot the lettuce after i had put ?lite lettuce? . I asked to please putit.. so then i get home, opened it and saw this. I asked for alittle extra salt and pepper and the ? employee? put the wholebottle on purpose and even laughed about it with another employee.. i took it back and showed the manager, he wanted to make meone himself i said nope, just give me my money back.. what makes me think that the 4th time is going to be rightp. That?employee? looks like a kid that works like he doesnt even want to be working.. the manager said he will talk to him.. doubtthat.
