This papa John's is horrible. They are so rude. They have no customer service at that location what so ever. Who ever is... answering the phone have no home training what so ever. You be on 1 hour hold before they even attempt to get to you. I wouldnot recommend this location to my worst enemies. Dont order from this place. If you do you will regret it. Read more

Thank you for such a pleasant experience! I was forced to choose this location based on mine (Miami Gardens& 12th Ave) being run... by a old, rude, woman that sounds as if she smokes 4 packs of cigarettes/day yelling at her customers-should be firedimmediately! In All honesty my experiences here over the years have not been the most memorable at this store. However, tonight on 12/14/21... I ordered a pizza online and picked it up. When I came to the store the manager named Barry was very helpful. He immediatelycame to the counter and asked how can I help you? I told him the name of my order and he prepared it for me. He was great atmultitasking and very respectful. Because of him I would definitely come back here. The pizza was good and the order wasaccurate. Read more

This location is the absolute worst....I ordered dinner for my kids and I received a burned pizza. I called to complain and was... told the pizza isn?t burned what?s your thoughts burned or no?? I requested a refund was told I couldn?t get my money back butthey would make me another pizza with love???? I?m never patronizing Papa Johns. Read more
