Absolutely horrible. I don?t know if it?s the drivers or the cooks but every single time I?ve ordered it?s been wrong ! And... that?s messed up to people who tip generously and are actual quality customers!! I just ordered and preceded to try and call thestore to make sure my order wasn?t messed up this time and I was literally on hold for nearly 30 minutes going on an hour; andthen to top it all off they just canceled my order out of no where. I ordered a 2 pizzas and a cookie tonight. The delivery guy called me and told me to come to his car. He refused to walk to my... door. The delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I informed him. He went back to his car. I thought he was getting the correctorder but he drove off. I went to the physical store and ask to speak to his manager. She refused to come out to speak to me.Then the delivery guy called me back and says he realize he gave me the wrong order. I told him I'm at the store. I asked thestore for them to correct my order. They stated for me to wait for the delivery guy to come to the store. He came aftercompleting his delivery requesting for me to give him the wrong order. I said no. Why would you want it back? In attempt todelivery it? They need to provide the other customer with a fresh , new order. I continued asking to speak to the manager.
