Terrible experience, will never buy from Papa John's again. We ordered online and were informed Pizza would be delivered in 50... minutes. One hour and 30 minutes later and no pizza. Tried to call took 20 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to someone. Wewere then informed that they did not have a delivery driver and the pizza was ready but would have to be picked up. No one cancall you after and order is placed to tell you it can not be delivered. THIS IS UNACCECPTABLE!!! I asked to refund the deliverycharge of $5 and the tip they added for delivery of $9. I was told they could return the $5 delivery charge but they could notrefund the $9 tip. So I paid them $9 for me to PICKUP my own pizza. I will never do business with this company again. If I couldgive them negative stars I would. -5 stars on a 5 star rating. Read more
5 stars - the pizza was excellent 0 stars - customer service First of all, the pizza I got was excellent. Fresh, tasted great,... plenty of toppings. I went in to get my pizza that was ready and pay and both employees up front were on the phone taking ordersfrom customers. I have no problem with that and patiently waited a good 5 minutes for one of them to get off the phone. One ofthe employees puts in a card number manually, then hangs up the phone, asks for my name, grabs my pizza and tells me carefulit?s hot. Here?s where I have a problem - He then tells me to wait for the other guy to pay and proceeds to the back to makepizzas. It would?ve taken him a minute to let me swipe my card on his register and I know it works since he put in a cardmanually but no- I then had to wait another 5+ minutes for the other guy to get off the phone so I could pay. Asked for napkinsand got 2 crumpled ones for two pizzas. I didn?t dare ask for anything else. I just wanted to get the heck outta there. Read more
I tried to order 2 pizza from this store with their app. It was totally user unfriendly. After 25 minutes and not getting... anyplace, I quit. I went to Domino's and finished my order in 5 minutes. Dominos is the way to go. Read more
Place is always busy but the pizzas are always fresh and ready on time. Donovan is great, has lots of patience, & will make sure... you get what you want. Great kid and establishment that take the time to build your pizza and ingredients how you like. (Seemsfamily owned bc its always the same people and staff) Read more
They are your regular local pizza place, but remember there?s always those times you get delayed orders or wrong orders. However... most if not all pizza places make their mistakes here and there, the only difference is that this papa johns is pretty solid andit?s been here for years. It's May 29th. I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago And the tracker says it's still being made. The only way to cancel is to call but... nobody picks up ... Correction they pick up and immediately put you on hold and after you wait for 5 minutes they hang up onyou. So I'm going to go to sleep and the delivery driver is going to be very disappointed when nobody answers that door. So muchtime, energy and money wasted when all they had to do was pick up the phone. The most tasteless pizza in the universe. Order # 930153427 from the 127 and 8st in Miami, FL. Paid for extra pepperoni and got... a single pepperoni on each slice. I will never order from Papa John?s ever again. Even the Costco pizza you buy at their foodcounter is 1000% better than this garbage. Read more
