They really pay attention at least with my order. Good timming.. pizza is always nice and warm still...
The order was 43 minutes late. It was the wrong order. The driver put the greesey pizza on my Lexus. We called the manager... and they argued with us for 15 minutes because we could not tell them every single topping that was found on the wronglydelivered pizza. Then they basically said "Oh well". I always buy papa johns because it is delicious but it is super unpleasant to go to pick up the order for example today a lady... attended us we asked for the red flakes and she yelled at us and told us that it was only given in small pizzas?. and we hadbought a large one .. she slammed the window on us yelling at us?. it's disrespectful because we don't care if they charge us,we don't want it free, we just wanted Red flakes, it's not that difficult?. Today I place an order for my staff and the driver was super disrespectful, didn?t let me even explain the situation was... aggressive did not have his mask completely on, this individual didn?t let me talk and I returned my order. When the managerName Julio call me he was obsessed don?t let me talk and after 3 hours he has not sent me a confirmation of the refund. I dounderstand that we are living in Difficult times but we have to respect each other and the workout place of other people. I workwith customer service and before you start getting mad and talking you?re supposed to listen to the other person to see what isgoing on and what you can do to resolve the problem, there was not done today I was disrespect by the manager and the driver andno apologies or my refund at all. No surprises here. A large is now the size of a medium, the medium the size of a personal and I imagine the if they had a... personal it would be the size of a ritz cracker. Read more
