Let me begin with I am pregnant and get very irritable when I don?t eat. I came into this store accidentally very upset because... I thought it was Dominoes. I had ordered from Dominoes and waited for my delivery for over an hour and was on hold for 20 mins.I came in thinking this papa johns was that dominoes. The employee very nicely made me realize I was in the wrong store. I wasso embarrassed and they were so nice. I ordered a pizza from this shop, drove over to dominoes canceled my order with them andcame back within 10 mins and this Papa Johns has a delicious pizza ready for me. If There was a zero star option I would definitely click on it!!! My pizza was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes instead to an... hour and thirty minutes. The owner was rude when I told him his staff is not saying correct timing. He said I am going tosuspend her for saying the wrong time. Very unprofessional. Pizza is always good and always hot but I have one question. Why is it that even if I order and pay through the app, I still... won't get my food unless I sign a receipt. It defeats the purpose of the app. I asked but could not (or just wouldn't) get astraight answer.
