Let me begin with I am pregnant and get very irritable when I don?t eat. I came into this store accidentally very upset because... I thought it was Dominoes. I had ordered from Dominoes and waited for my delivery for over an hour and was on hold for 20 mins.I came in thinking this papa johns was that dominoes. The employee very nicely made me realize I was in the wrong store. I wasso embarrassed and they were so nice. I ordered a pizza from this shop, drove over to dominoes canceled my order with them andcame back within 10 mins and this Papa Johns has a delicious pizza ready for me. If There was a zero star option I would definitely click on it!!! My pizza was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes instead to an... hour and thirty minutes. The owner was rude when I told him his staff is not saying correct timing. He said I am going tosuspend her for saying the wrong time. Very unprofessional. I got a coupon for Papa John's so I got a large pizza for free which is nice they have such good coupons. The pizza itself was... good however I wish it had a bit more flavor, still delicious doe. Read more
My co workers and I all chipped in for some pizza and what we got was a disaster. The driver took well over an hour to get here... and what we got was a crushed pizza. We called back and they said we had to wait for them to come back pick up the pizza andreturn to their store and then bring us back another one. People started getting hungry so we picked at the good half and theother half went to waste and the cheap manager said he couldnt fund us the other pizza. That was the LEAST he could have done.Do not ever order from here they are a trash hole and they will mess your order up and steal your money. Read more
The first time I ordered pizza here, the pizzas and wings were great. Since then I have ordered 3 times and the toppings were... scarce. There was 1 1/2 pepperoni per slice of pizza. Also ordered double extra cheese and got what appeared to be just regularamount off cheese o get elsewhere. Last wings were under cooked. Pizza is always good and always hot but I have one question. Why is it that even if I order and pay through the app, I still... won't get my food unless I sign a receipt. It defeats the purpose of the app. I asked but could not (or just wouldn't) get astraight answer. It just seems like a waste of time going forward I'll probably stop ordering on the app whenever using thislocation. Read more
