If I could give this place a zero I would not the first time this papa johns has messed up my order and delivered my pizza 2... hours later a couple of times. I gave them a 3rd chance just because of the heat 50% off. The lady that picked up the phone nocustomer service experience at all very rude didn?t even apologize to me her saying there?s one delivery before mine takes ,almost one hour to deliver while I?m seeing on the app the driver going in circle. Mind you I?m walking distance a couple blocksaway. And for the lady I spoke to next time first apologize and try to resolve the issue ,say let me call the driver and see whyhe?s taking nearly an hour to deliver that?s what you should of done. I just went to pick up my pizza. Besides it was perfectly done, I decided to write this review because the gentleman who gave me... the pizza was so nice and had a great attitude. Delivery guys, super cool! Inside the store, terrible service. No one cares about service and manners. Half of the pizza was... crust. I ordered with 5 topins and the amount of stuff was ridiculously low. I wish there was another store near by. Read more
No Papa John?s store in Miami can beat this one when it comes to worst customer service. The guy preparing the pizzas for some... reason loves to show his underwear to the clients. The stuffed crust pizza was really epic! Half of the pizza slices were purecrust. Whole staff needs to be replaced, if not the franchisee. Read more
I had the worst service in the history of the world from this Papa John's. First it took me 30 minutes to get through to them. ... Next they claimed they delivered my order and they never did. I called them back and they said they would send a new orderout. 6 hours after ordering I received one cardboard like cold pizza. I never received my cookie and bread sticks. The pizzawas awful. I called back and asked where my cookie was two different times and both times they lied to me and said it was on theway and they never delivered. I also complained to corporate about this and never heard back about a refund. They are awful! Read more
I Have ordered pepperoni pizzas a hand full of times from this location and it's been okay. I decided to go with Ultimate... Pepperoni because it claimed to have more pepperoni. It did not. I called to inform the manager and he passed the blame on totrainees and admitted that ultimate pepperoni infact does not have more even though the description claims to be 30% additionalpepperoni. After the less than pleasant conversation with the manager I won't be ordering from this location again. Read more
Hi My name is Jazmine Saldana. I order from Papa John's on October 30,2022 through Uber Eats as a First Priority. I order a... small 10"original Sausage Pizza, a 2 liter of Pepsi ,the Garlic Knots, and a extra Garlic Sauce. Finally when my food arriveddue to the lack of Papa John's Employees not paying attention my order came to me incomplete. I do not have my owntransportation so I tried to explain to the driver my order is incomplete I had to show him my phone due to the neglection PapaJohn's Employees on 2877 Biscayne Blvd. So with that being when he left I had to call the store and explain the situation I washold the First 2 times for at least 30 minutes. Then I called back a 3rd time a manager picked up the phone and had to explainagain not knowing that he didn't know what I was talking about. Then got hung up on. Then the driver came back with the 2 literand still no extra Garlic Sauce. So I called back and had to explain again to a very affectionate and understanding female voicethe last time I called and she happy to inform me that the manager that was on shift didn't know what was going on and she letme know that another manager was on his way to work which he was at least 7 minutes later. Immediately got on the phone with meand again had to explain to him but in the process of me telling him because I am a very passive and aggressive person but heimmediately cut me off in mid of conversation with me and told me due to the fact that I order from the app the app owes me 75cents. Which is incorrect because I have been working in the field of Food since I was at least 16. So I asked if I can getanother soda or something to accommodate 1) the incomplete order & 2) the missing garlic sauce that I paid for even tho it wasjust $.75.
