Understaffed, HORRIBLE customer service, the disrespect is out of this world, you are greeted with que tu quieres, if you order... a breakfast they get mad because they have to go and make it , most of the time they will get your order wrong and get mad whenyou tell them that?s not what you ordered.. it?s a shame My friends and I will stop going because they have good prices anddelicious bread .. No sense of customer service. One lady literally talks to you with a piece of bread on her hand while chewing. They close at 2... and start closing by 12, they want to you eat what ever they have ready. One lady said they don't have pan con bistec, the otherone said they did, and the other said they were frozen but ask to make 2 but not 11. They couldn?t make up their mind. Cafe con leche was on point. The ladies up front were very nice. Only thing Is the media noche was still cold (halfway toasted).... Not made to order as well (freshly made). I still tipped almost 50% cuz I'm generous. Happy holidays Read more
Best bakery around. Excellent Spanish Omelet, Tortilla Española
One of the best Cuban Bakeries in town. Fresh and mouthwatering deserts and pastries. Good quick service as well.
