I placed a lunch order here for my entire office through the Foodie Order DELIVERY service. We called 2 hours later to find out... they had cancelled the order through an email because they didn't have a driver. I don't own a restaurant but if I did, I sureas hell wouldn't cancel a paid order over an email. CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK and ASK if they want to pick up the order instead.WHY DID I GIVE YOU MY PHONE NUMBER? I will never order from this place again. Terrible operation. Read more

I placed an online order through their website for a delivery. I got a confirmation number and went back to work. 2 hours... passed by. I call the location asking why it’s taking so long. They claim to not have received the order. I checked my emailand turns out the order was canceled right after I placed the order. Reason of canceling? No drivers. They could’ve called meto tell me that delivery wasn’t an option and ask me if i wanted to pick up the food. Nothing. We ended up getting foodsomewhere else. If they can’t manage their online order services then imagine.. Read more

Food is fine! The service was great but all items are too overpriced. Plus the tip is included and the final receipt doesn’t... make clear to the customer that whatever extra we leave in the check is an additional tip. It can be very deceptive. There’sdefinitely better Colombian places around the area. Read more

Use to love this place but seems it's gone down hill. Service took for ever which is usually an issue with the kitchen and I get... it post pandemic and all I'll overlook that a bit but when your waitres is like (can I have a glass of water with the drytoast please) Nah! you got to love what you do and make my food experience at least nice! I can overlook alot but at least bepersonable!! Read more

Food is usually very good to excellent. The Colombian empanadas with the spicy sauce are some of the best I've tasted in Miami... and the delicious thin crispy plantain with the sides is their trademark dish and well worth the visit. Other dishes like theajiaco (a Colombian stew) and the fish filet covered with coconut milk sauce are solid choices that merit repeat visits to thisplace. Like many other restaurants, the pandemic and manpower shortages have taken a toll on the quality of service, buteveryone seems to be having those problems. The couple of servers working still manage to be friendly and get the job done underthe circumstances. So why not a 5-star rating? Well, this restaurant's gratuity policy is confusing at best and borderlinedeceptive at worst. I mentioned it to the manager long time ago, but the practice hasn't changed, so I assume they do it onpurpose. An 18% gratuity is added to the check and listed as a line item on the check. But, when the credit card receipt ispresented to the customer, the total including tip is shown but right below it, there's a line to add a "Tip" that's not markedas "Additional Tip". If the customer doesn't pay close attention or forgets that the total already includes 18% tip, you can seehow another 15% to 20% can be added to the original tip. The check and credit card receipt should clearly read "Gratuity orService Included" and the tip line should read "Additional Tip". At the beginning, and even a couple of times when I haven'tvisited for a while, I've added 20% tip to their checks and no one has ever pointed it out. I can't believe that anyone therewould expect a 38% tip and that's why I describe the practice as borderline deceptive. This is a great eating establishment, butowner needs to correct this policy.
