Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Ismarelda who claims to be the manager hangs up on clients after calling my phone number three... times and not letting it ring more than once so that she can cancel the order. Then magically I get the order in and so ?we?lleducated? deliver boy or should I say man can speak a word of English and won?t deliver my pizza to the hospital room whereEsmeralda said they could deliver too. This is now two orders that I have put in and have lost money on and was told I wouldreceive the money back on my card within two business days and if things work as well as the two idiots I spoke with I canguarantee that I will be out more than 50 dollars while I sit here and starve. Train your workers properly to one be courteoustwo to be competent but most importantly speak English. This is America and if you can?t speak to the customer then you can?t doyour job at all. The employee lied on me and mother after we requested to see if we could change our order because we can?t have tomatoes for... health reasons. We were super polite and didn?t blame anyone but ourselves for not stressing that . So the employee puts us onhold and the manager comes on the line . She?s yelling at us saying we?re blaming her employee and gets really disrespectfulwith my mom. I will never recommend this hole in the wall of establishment to anyone . The staff is lacks professionalism andthey are verbally abusive . I will be reporting this place on a wider scale. Read more

The pizza is always fresh it's always delivered in a timely manner I've never had any issues. Just like anywhere prices are... going up so delivery fee is like almost five bucks and the pizza is $10 so you do the math. But it's worth it if you don't wantto go out and pick it up Read more
